luck77 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luck77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://luck77.ws. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and payment functionalities made available through luck77.

By clicking "Register", by completing the luck77 registration process, by making a deposit, or by accessing any game or betting market on the Platform, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.

luck77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. Your continued use of luck77 after the stated effective date of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to luck77 and participation in any game, betting market, or promotional offer is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. luck77 is strictly a 21+ platform and will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, play, or withdraw.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location prior to registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from luck77 or any other gambling platform for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or a self-exclusion request.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your current address, and a valid contact email address.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) luck77 account. Registration of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. luck77 uses technical and identity verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, luck77 reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any balances or winnings held therein.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your luck77 account credentials, including your username and password. luck77 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service and that you enable two-factor authentication where available.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify luck77 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected security breach.
• luck77 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from luck77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Account balances, winnings, and bonuses are non-transferable between players and may not be assigned, sold, or otherwise dealt with as property.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that all personal details held on their luck77 account remain current and accurate. Changes to name, address, or payment method must be submitted to support with supporting documentation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

luck77 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available at luck77's discretion and will be communicated on the Platform.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on luck77:

• Deposits are credited to your luck77 PKR wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. luck77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Cashier page of your account. These limits are subject to change at luck77's discretion.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account. luck77 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• All withdrawal requests require full KYC verification to have been completed prior to processing. KYC requires submission of a valid CNIC and proof of the registered payment method.
• Verified account withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes on average during operational hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts requiring additional review.
• luck77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to conduct enhanced due diligence, including but not limited to verification of source of funds.
• Withdrawals that form part of a pending bonus wagering requirement will be held until the wagering requirement is completed or the bonus is forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

luck77 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting free bets. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your luck77 wallet. Real funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type and are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• luck77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in, accrued wagering progress will be respected up to the point of cancellation.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Games & Sports Betting

luck77 provides access to casino games and sports betting markets operated by luck77 and its licensed third-party content and data providers. All games offered on luck77 use certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable and are subject to regular independent auditing for fairness and integrity.

• luck77 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed error has demonstrably affected the result. Voided bets will be refunded at stake value.
• In-play sports betting markets are offered on a best-effort basis. Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are binding.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets and are displayed within the bet slip. Bets exceeding platform limits may be reduced or declined at luck77's discretion.
• luck77 cricket betting covers PSL, international Pakistan fixtures, and selected ICC tournaments. Availability of specific markets is at luck77's discretion and may vary by fixture.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers under their own gaming licences. luck77 is not responsible for interruptions to live dealer streams caused by connectivity issues at the provider's studio.
• Players may not use automated betting software, bots, or any other system designed to place bets without direct human input. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luck77 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement. luck77 reserves the right to immediately suspend, investigate, and permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to report such activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity documents during KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using luck77 in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain credits or winnings not legitimately earned. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing hedged bets to exploit bonus terms, or using coordinated play to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to recover funds after gameplay. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and recovery proceedings where applicable.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing luck77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

luck77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The Platform recognises that gambling can be addictive and that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour. luck77 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from within your account settings without requiring you to contact support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which their account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from luck77. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the requested period. Self-excluded players will be removed from all marketing communications immediately.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure regular on-screen reminders showing elapsed session time and net session result.

luck77 also maintains a strict policy of not offering promotions or bonuses to players who have active deposit limits set below the standard threshold, or who have recently ended a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. This is a deliberate policy choice, not an oversight.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the luck77 platform — including but not limited to the luck77 name, logo, brand identity, website design, game interfaces, software, data feeds, promotional materials, and written content — is owned by or licensed to luck77 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• No part of the luck77 platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of luck77.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luck77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of any luck77 software or platform component.
• Third-party game content available on luck77 is owned by the respective content providers and is subject to their own intellectual property terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck77's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• luck77 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• luck77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
• luck77 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from account suspension following a breach.
• Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits luck77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

luck77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by incorporation. By registering on luck77, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by luck77 includes registration information, KYC documents, payment transaction records, gameplay history, device and session data, and communications with support. This data is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and platform improvement. luck77 does not sell personal player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated luck77 account in accordance with the following provisions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting luck77 support via live chat. Pending withdrawals will be processed subject to standard verification procedures. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds subject to wagering) will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Platform-Initiated Closure: luck77 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory Requirement: luck77 may be required to close or suspend accounts pursuant to regulatory instructions. In such cases, luck77 will act in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and will inform affected players to the extent permitted.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. luck77 will attempt to contact the player at the registered email address prior to applying a dormancy administration fee in accordance with the schedule published in the Cashier section of the Platform.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which luck77 holds its international gaming licence. luck77 operates under international gaming licence oversight and complies with the applicable regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of luck77's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints procedure described in Section 14. Nothing in this clause affects the statutory rights of players under applicable consumer protection law in their country of residence.

14. Contact & Disputes

luck77 operates a formal internal complaints procedure for all player disputes. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or any other matter relating to your use of luck77, you should follow the steps below:

• Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact luck77 support via the live chat in your account dashboard. Most queries and complaints are resolved at this stage within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Written Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved via live chat to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal written complaint to the support email address. Written complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 days in the majority of cases.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If a written complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 28 days, you may request escalation to luck77's licensing authority dispute resolution procedure.
